How to Became an Early Riser
Are morning people born or made? You will find the answer by reading these tips
It’s hard to become an early riser using the wrong strategy. But with the right strategy, it’s relatively easy. The most important thing to keep in mind is that you have to be motivated to get out of bed.
Some tips for becoming an early riser:
- Don’t make drastic changes. Start slowly, by waking just 15-30 minutes earlier than usual. Get used to this for a few days. Then cut back another 15 minutes. Do this gradually until you get to your goal time.
- Allow yourself to sleep earlier. You might be used to staying up late, perhaps watching TV or surfing the Internet. But if you continue this habit, while trying to get up earlier, sooner or later one is going to give. And if it is the early rising that gives, then you will crash and sleep late and have to start over. I suggest going to bed earlier, even if you don’t think you’ll sleep, and read while in bed. If you’re really tired, you just might fall asleep much sooner than you think. (more…)
The best camera is the one that’s with you
Digital cameras bundled with today’s smart phones are getting better and better with more mega-pixels, better quality lenses, more storage space, high resolution, focusing, video capabilities, Geo-tagging facial recognition and flash.
Sometimes , you don’t really need an high-end expensive DSLR with a many mega-pixels to produce good pictures. A decent camera phone with a 5-megapixel sensor is good enough for that everyday shot.
I cannot carry my DSLR camera everywhere I go. As a photographer I always look for great moments to capture. I often find myself in a situation where I see a great frame and I don’t have my camera with me. That where my mobile phone camera comes in hand.
As we know I good image is not always dependent on the camera you shot with, but on a photographer who shoots. (more…)
